This new 3LPGAS manufactured model it's suitable to wash used cylinders by removing all impurities accurately, then, if needed the "3LP/TL" itself can manage the cylinder's test pressure, without any further cylinder's handling requirement.

For the first time the mandatory maintenance operations required by used cylinders can be all done in a single machinery "skid mounted" ready to work everywere, without any installation work's needs in site.

Furthermore each washing/pressure test cycle can accept cylinders having different capacities and sizes at the same time.

The 3LP/TL new registered device has been studied and designed accordingly to the LPG filling plants owner's requests.

Two operations programs can be choosed:

1) Cylinders Washing program (suitable to accept up to 5 cylinders per cycle)
2) Cylinders Pressure test program (suitable to accept up to 5 cylinders per cycle)
The a.m. two programs can be operated separately, or, program # 1 + program # 2 in automatic sequence.

Operations explanation:

1) By choosing the "washing cycle" trough the switch placed on the main panel, the 3LP/TL will execute the program each 45 seconds.
2) Switch selection in position "complete cycle" means that once the cylinders are filled with water, the filling pump automatically stops and the pressure test pump starts, keeping the cylinders at the pressure required by test rules (the pressure required it's easily settable trough a pressure switch).
3) Once the cylinder's status has been verified, push the "end cycle" button and the pressure will be released together with washing water keeping the cylinders completely empty and ready to be filled or rejected when found defective (the system used by the 3LP/TL machine does not require to turn upside-down the cylinder in order to remove the water !!!)
