INTRODUCTION
This is a safety device (SAV) which quickly intercepts gas flow when the pressure it is monitoring reaches a pre-set limit due to any anomaly in the system, or when required by the operator at installation point or from remote point.

MAIN FEATURES

Intervention for overpressure and/or underpressure.
Manual push-button control at installation point.
3 way solenoid valve for remote control available on request.
Manual resetting.
Periodical maintenance without dismantling valve from piping.
By pass built-in.
Possible installation with pressure controller at above and or at bottom; only the overpressure version calls for a slight alteration when installed with the pressure controller at bottom to counteract the weight of the moving parts.
Body design pressure: according to flanging class for flanges NP16 and ANSI 150; 19 bars for flanges NP40.
Design pressure of diaphragm casings: 16 bars.
Working temperature and room temperature: -20°C to +60°C.
Flanging: NP16 UNI 2240-67 with sealing surfaces UNI 2229-67 with phonographic grooving; NP40 UNI 2242-67 and ANSI 150 B 16.5 on request.
Flanging NP16 is provided with the body made of Meehanite cast iron or steel; other flangings are only for the steel body.
