The 3L.P. GAS dosers are suitable for the filling up of every type of cylinders and may be installed both singly and on side-by-side arrangment on a chain conveyor or mounted on a carousel conveyor, these both also of 3L.P. GAS production.
Besides their praticalness, reliability, precision, security, every 3L.P. GAS doser allows, by their clock like dials, a direct visual control of:
1) Perfect and smooth running of every operation.
2) Cylinder weight, which compared with tare value would evidence a possible gas residue thus allowing to recuperate it.
3) Gas quantity actually inducted into the cylinder during filling up operation.
It is a noteworthy 3L.P. GAS dosers feature that all of them may be fitted with two different types of tongs, thus allowing hook-up operations with more than one kind of valves (handwheel type tong, vertical one-way valve tong etc.).

Model RG1 doser for filling up cylinders.
Main feature: automatic put-to-zero of tare weight.

Model RG2 doser for filling up cylinders.
Uses a compass gadget to pre-set gross weight value.

Model RG3 doser for filling up cylinders.
Allows to automatically recuperate the possible residue gas contained in the bottle. Automatic put-to-zero system of tare and gross weight control set guarantee against overloading danger.

Model RG3-A doser for filling up cylinders.
Guarantees an automatic go-to-zero of tare value and thus automatically to recuperate the residue gas, which eliminates overfilling.
It features an automatic fill up operation for all vertical valve cylinders, and a semi-automatic fill up operation for handwheel valve cylinders.
Automatic cylinders espulsion.
Automatic size-adjustment system as regards weight settings.
In our extensive production are also available other types of dosers such as those for camping bottles in various models, and also for big sized cylinders.

DOSER MOD. RG-PM
It is the product of a series of studies aiming to the reduction of manpower and to make the running of the plant easier to operate, while increasing production.
For such a purpose this revolutionary doser, which features a powered tong, has been designed.
This exclusive design permits the automatic filling up of handwheel valve cylinders, since it can, self operating, hook up and turn on and off the valve handwheel.
Top security is guaranteed throughout the whole operation.
This doser is completed with an automatic cylinder ejector. It, moreover, may be fitted with all kind of automatisms already built into other models, such as: automatic go-to-zero of tare weight, recuperation of residue gas, overfilling security lock up etc.
This doser may be mounted on a carousel feeder by a chain conveyor fitted with turner device and cylinder loader.

LEAKAGE TEST AND SEALING EMPLACEMENT.
This machine is usually built as a multy-function device, for it can actually both check and seal cylinders, but it can also be built in a leakage situation control or sealing cylinders operation version only.
This, of course, for all types of vertical one-way cylinders.
The all over dimensions of the carousel may even exceed those required for the actual number of emplacements, as being these fully autonomous, more may be added at a later time, following an increase in production.

The leakage control device (usually built into the emplacement) may be delivered separately and manually operated since its operation is indipendent from that of the emplacement.

SELF ORIENTATING PLASTIC PLUG SEALING DEVICE.
This device is an indispensable complement to the leakage control and sealing carousel, thanks to its extreme reliability and usefulness, since it permits a very high feeding speed.
This feature can't even be approached by an operator controlled device.
In this arrangment, an automatic one, that is, the operator's only duty is to load the feeder with plastic sealing plugs.
