This machine is essentially constitued by a revolving base on whose rim the dosers are fitted.
These carousels are built in various sizes, according to the number of dosers to be installed (8 - 12 - 16 etc.).

Depending on the type of dosers inserted, the carousels may be:
Semi-automatic.
On this arrangement two operators are required for running the plant: one for the loading and one for the unloading of the cylinders.
Automatic.
No operator is required for running the plant.

A carousel installation plant may be completed with.
A chain conveyor.
An automatic or semi-automatic loader etc.

AUTOMATIC CAROUSEL FOR LEAKAGE CONTROL AND PLASTIC PLUG SEALING FOR ALL KINDS OF VERTICAL ONE-WAY VALVE CYLINDERS.
This fully automatic machine permits a maximum reliability on control tests.
By this plant it is possible to verify both a vertical one-way valve leakage and a good sealing action of the inside gasket, as regards sealing connection with the pressure reductor.
After this check, the cylinders are sorted out: a faulty one is rejected right away and conveyed to maintenance, while the cylinders proved to be in good order are sent through sealing and conveyed to loading.
To be wholly automatically operated, the carousel needs a sealing self orientating device, a chain conveyor and cylinder loader. All of this machinery are of 3L.P.GAS production.
